Today we honor our Consuela Lacey Tote. Lace has been responsible for making women across so many decades feel luxurious, sexy, important and fabulous. At Consuela, Vibing with the Tribe is what’s on our minds these days, and what inspired our show design for the summer markets. We are dreaming of dancing under warm starry skies, sand, water, and deep green with the neon glow of night butterflies.
To embrace our tribe feeling we invited a henna artist to come decorate everyone with the beautiful designs at our Dallas market. Henna is an herbal painting that has been used in many cultures to celebrate holidays, festivals, weddings, and other special occasions. If you are at Dallas market, please stop by on Thursday or Friday, the 21st and 22nd between noon and 5:00 and get your Vibe On! If not, no worries, we’ll post some photos for you to check out!
We had a ton of fun creating our own tribe using some old mannequin forms and spray paint….and here’s the tribe when they made it from our backyard in Austin to the market show window in Dallas.
